| | In order to get more parents involved in our school and to help keep costs down, a Parent Volunteer Program has been established by the Notre Dame P.T.O. Each year parents must sign up for service hours by volunteering to help with fundraising events or other miscellaneous jobs. There are a required number of volunteer hours for each family. This requirement is part of the mandatory agreement and parent commitment signed in the spring or prior to the start of the school year.

| | We offer one of the best hot lunch programs in town. Our hot lunches include meals from Round Table Pizza, Franky’s, Speedy Burrito, Subway and Jamba Juice to name a few. NDS partners with www.orderlunches.com that allows parents to view the school lunch menu, order, prepay and manage their student’s lunches online. | | As with any good organization, there is a need for a process that allows for concerns to be voiced. When concerns are made known students, parents, and staff benefit because we have the opportunity to improve. Thank you for being invested in NDS as we continue the process of being an excellent school.
If a student or parent has a grievance, the following procedures should be followed:
1. Meet with the child’s teacher privately and attempt to reconcile
2. If unresolved, request a meeting with the Principal
3. If still unresolved, please fill out the Issue or Grievance Report and return it to a CSAC member for review. | |
