Prospective families are welcome to contact the school office anytime to ask questions about the school and admission. The following is a timeline of the admission process.

January/February

You may submit an application at any time, but the majority of applications are submitted in January/February. Applications are available on the website, or you can contact the school office to receive a packet in the mail. The office email is on this link.

March

The school will hold a screening for Kindergarten students. Parents/ guardians will be notified of the status of their acceptance. Registration paperwork and fees must be received no later than June 10 for new and returning families. A student’s enrollment is not guaranteed until this step is complete.

TK and Kindergarten Information Night occurs in March. Parents are invited to meet the TK and Kindergarten teachers, tour the school, and check out the curriculum.

April-August

Notre Dame School will continue to accept applications from interested candidates for grades that still have openings for the Fall. The majority of new students are notified in April for enrollment the following school year. However, Notre Dame School may accept students in Grades TK through Eighth throughout the year if the applicant meets the admission criteria and if space is available.
